April 25th celebrations in Rome with French intellectual Bernard Henry Lévy

The City of Rome held on April 25th, 2019 Liberation Day festivities in front of the Commonwealth cemetery.

On hand for the solemn occasion were Rome's Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni, the Mayor of Rome, Virginia Raggi, the Italian Minister of Defence, Elisabetta Trenta, the President of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani and France's great intellect, Bernard Henry Lévy who read a moving speech in French marking the end of Nazi-Fascism rule in Italy 74 years ago.
