With practically all of Italy in the white zone (the safest one) Rome and the rest of the country has finally allowed, good or bad, on June 28th, 2021 people to walk around outdoors but without having to wear masks (only indoors in stores and on public transportation).
Going on a walkabout of Rome's center about 70% of Italians and tourists were still wearing them.
