Rome’s Mayor Virginia Raggi welcomes H.R.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco for the “Smart City, Urban Forests and Water Conservation” conference at the Capitoline Museums, October 17th, 2019.


Mayor Virginia Raggi welcomed to the Eternal City H.R.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco for the  “Smart City, Urban Forests and Water Conservation” conference at the Capitoline Museums (the world’s oldest museum). 


















The conference falls under the auspices of the “Foundation Prince Albert II de Monaco”. After Virginia Raggi’s opening remarks Prince Albert spoke about the urgent and pressing matters surrounding climate change, biodiversity and the safeguard and future of our planet.  























Mayor Raggi also took the opportunity of giving Prince Albert a special view of the entire Roman Forum from the balcony of her City Hall office.
