Palazzo Borromeo, the Italian Embassy to the Holy See in Rome, hosted a conference on the 20th century Holy Jubilees and their cultural-media impact (the Vatican’s next Holy Jubilee takes place officially on December 25th, 2024 with the opening by Pope Francis of St. Peter’s Holy Door).
Italian Ambassador Francesco Di Nitto gave his opening remarks. Guest speakers included Cardinal Vincenzo Zani of the Vatican’s Library, Monsignor Dario Edoardo Vigano’ of the UniNettuno University and former RAI (Italy’s state-run television network) Francesco Giorgino. Journalist Cecilia Seppia of Vatican News was the event’s moderator.
