Jago’s “The Exhibition” exhibit is on at central Palazzo Bonaparte, Rome March 14th, 2022

 Jago’s “The Exhibition” exhibit is on at Rome’s central Palazzo Bonaparte. The building was the former residence of Letizia, Napoleon’s mother), March 11th, 2022. 












Jago, whose real name is Jacopo Cardillo, is a 35 year-old Italian artist who was born in the town of Frosinone.










Jago is commonly known as “The Social Artist” and was on hand at the museum for the presentation and press conference of his exhibit.   In 2019 he was the first artist to have sent a marble sculpture, “The First Baby”, to the European Space Agency’s International Space Station.  






On display in Rome is his own version of the magnificent “Veiled Son” statue which lies in the church of San Severo in Naples.





  

The exhibit runs from March 12th to July 3rd, 2022.
