The “Conversion of Saul” by Caravaggio at Rome’s Palazzo Barberini, July 29th, 2025

The magnificent “Conversion of Saul” by one of the world’s greatest painters, Caravaggio, is currently on until September 30th, 2025 at Rome’s central Palazzo Barberini.

After the recent and incredible success of the “Caravaggio 2025” exhibit (with more than 25 Caravaggio paintings from all over the world on display at Palazzo Barberini) the same museum of ancient art has on display, together with several permanent Caravaggio paintings, two paintings by the great artist: the “Conversion of Saul”.  One version hangs in Rome’s Santa Maria del Popolo church and the other version belongs to the Nicoletta Odescalchi collection.

As part of the museum’s permanent collection other great artists are also on hand, such as Raphael, Giorgio Vasari, Canaletto and El Greco, just to name a few.
