Rome honors the centenary of Italian actor Vittorio Gassman, April 8th, 2022

Rome’s Auditorium/Parco della Musica inaugurated the Vittorio Gassman centenary exhibit with his widow and son, March 8^th, 2022.

 
Vittorio Gassman was born in the Italian city of Genoa.  He went on to become one of Italy’s most famous actors and starred in 130 movies and countless theatrical and television productions.  On hand at the press conference was his widow Diletta d’Andrea and his son Alessandro, he too a famous actor. 

The exhibit, which runs until June 29^th, 2022, covers and area of 1,000 square meters and also includes the original Lancia Aurelia B24S car which was in one of Gassman’s most famous movies, “Il Sorpasso”.
