“Napoleon and the myth of Rome” exhibit at the Trajan Markets, February 10th, 2021.

Rome’s Mercati di Traiano (Trajan’s Markets) is currently hosting the “Napoleone e il mito di Roma” (Napoleon and the myth of Rome) and the profound influence that the Eternal City once had on the French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte (who had never actually visited Rome).

The exhibit runs until May 30th, 2021 (but given the covid pandemic only though online reservations).
