The E.U.’s Foreign Affairs Minister,
Federica Mogherini, was in Rome for the “Mediterranean Dialogues” conference
together with the U.N.’s Special Envoy to Syria, Steffan De Mistura as well as
Italy’s former Italian President, Giorgio Napolitano and the (now) former
Italian Foreign Affairs Minister, Paolo Gentiloni.
