Sebastião Salgado’s “Amazonia” exhibit is currently on at Rome’s MAXXI museum.
The wonderful B&W (mostly B&W) pics are part of a 109-photo exhibit on the Amazon’s rain forest and its many indigenous tribes which have faced in the past extinction (and probably do also today).
The exhibit of the 77 year-old Brazilian master social documentary photographer and photojournalist runs until February 13th, 2022.
